Welcome to MrKaz73. By placing an order with us, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Company Information

MrKaz73 specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of furniture, décor, and related products. These Terms govern all purchases, orders, and interactions with our brand.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided, including dimensions, specifications, delivery details, and contact information, is accurate and complete.

MrKaz73 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, delivery fees, and installation charges where applicable.

A deposit of 30% of the total order value is required to confirm production.

The deposit is refundable only within 48 hours of order confirmation. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Production, delivery, or installation may be delayed if required payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many MrKaz73 products are custom-made or produced specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for approving all designs, dimensions, finishes, fabrics, materials, and specifications before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges if approved.

5. Production Timelines

Production and delivery timelines provided by MrKaz73 are estimates and not guarantees.

While we make every effort to meet projected completion dates, delays may occur due to material availability, supplier issues, transportation delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Delivery & Installation

Customers must ensure that delivery access is suitable for the furniture ordered, including doorways, elevators, staircases, and entry points.

Additional charges may apply if special handling, storage, re-delivery, or alternative delivery arrangements are required.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the product.

7. Product Variations

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, stone, fabrics, leather, metals, and handcrafted finishes, slight variations in color, texture, grain, pattern, dimensions, and appearance may occur.

Such variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

MrKaz73 provides a 6-month after-sales service warranty from the date of delivery.

During this period, we will provide maintenance, adjustments, or repairs for issues resulting from manufacturing defects or workmanship at no additional service charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper use, misuse, or negligence.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, or improper cleaning methods.

  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.

MrKaz73 reserves the right to inspect the product before determining the appropriate repair or service solution.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the MrKaz73 Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the Return & Refund Policy.
