Refund policy

At MrKaz73, each furniture piece is carefully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and design. As many of our products are made to order, customers are encouraged to carefully review all specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes before confirming their order.

Order Confirmation & Deposit

To begin production, a deposit equal to 30% of the total order value is required.

The deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials procurement, planning, and production preparations may have already commenced.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before delivery or installation.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged during delivery.

  • The product received differs substantially from the approved order specifications.

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify MrKaz73 within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and supporting documentation of the issue.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect measurements, specifications, or information provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, fabric patterns, or handcrafted finishes.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed and cannot reasonably be repaired.

  • A replacement product cannot be provided.

  • MrKaz73 is unable to fulfill the order.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

Shipping, delivery, installation, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted directly from an error by MrKaz73.

Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order furniture, all custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the initial 48-hour period.

Once production has commenced, no refunds will be issued except in cases of manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or errors made by MrKaz73.
