By using mrkaz73.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payment
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments.
Made to Order
All MRKAZ73 products are made to order. By placing an order, you accept the lead time stated on the product page at time of purchase. Lead times are estimates. We will inform you of any significant changes.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not begun. After 48 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation within the 48-hour window, email studio@mrkaz73.com immediately.
Product Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately. Natural materials — wood, leather, stone — vary in grain, texture, and tone. These variations are not defects. Product photographs are as accurate as possible but may vary due to screen calibration.
Intellectual Property
All content on mrkaz73.com — including product designs, photography, copy, and brand identity — is the property of MRKAZ73 Studio. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
MRKAZ73 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, except where required by Egyptian consumer protection law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
