Made to Order

All MRKAZ73 pieces are made to order. When you place an order, production begins. Lead times are stated on each product page and form part of your order confirmation.

Lead Times

• Lounge chairs and accent seating: 8–10 weeks
• Benches and banquettes: 6–8 weeks
• Custom and bespoke commissions: 12–16 weeks (confirmed at time of order)

Delivery

All pieces are delivered by white-glove courier service. This means your piece is brought into your home, placed in your room of choice, and unwrapped by the delivery team. Assembly is included where applicable.

We do not leave pieces at the door. Delivery is always by appointment, scheduled directly with you once your piece is complete.

We currently deliver across Egypt. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at studio@mrkaz73.com before placing your order.

Delivery Cost

Delivery within Cairo and Giza is included in the product price. For delivery to other Egyptian governorates, a delivery fee will be calculated and confirmed at checkout or during your order consultation.

Damage in Transit

Every piece is inspected before dispatch and packed specifically for the piece. In the rare event of transit damage, please photograph the damage before unwrapping further and contact us within 24 hours at studio@mrkaz73.com. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
