Made to Order Policy
Because every MRKAZ73 piece is made specifically for you — in the wood finish and leather you selected — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We strongly encourage you to request material samples before ordering.
Material Samples
We offer wood and leather swatches for all available finishes. Contact us at studio@mrkaz73.com to request samples before placing your order. This is the best way to ensure you are confident in your choice.
Defects & Damage
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please:
- Inspect your piece on delivery with the delivery team present.
- Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Photograph the issue.
- Contact us within 48 hours at studio@mrkaz73.com.
We will arrange collection, repair or replacement, and re-delivery.
Natural Material Variation
Wood grain, leather texture, and natural material colour variation are not defects. Each piece is unique. Product photography represents the piece; it does not guarantee an identical grain or texture. These variations are what make each piece yours.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. All custom specifications are confirmed in writing before production starts.
